”One must work and dare if one realy wants to live”
Vincent van Gogh
A long-cherished wish
In the autumn of 2017, the possibility arose to realize a long-cherished wish.
I had the ambition to develop a unique Vincent Van Gogh Road Bike. I found the people around me with whom I could work out this exciting idea. In the spring of 2018 we presented our first ‘Vincent van Gogh Giant Aero Road Bike‘ to the press.
The past year
In the course of the past year, we got in touch with many sports and culture enthusiasts. We were invited by the Profwieler round Etten-Leurand developed a ‘Vincent van Gogh Giant TCR’ at the request of Giantfor Tom Dumoulin. The bike ended up in the Vincentre museum(Nuenen). What fantastic experiences and inspiration we did in the past year.
In this new year we continue with as much enthusiasm. On 11 and 12 January we present the bike at the ‘Dubai International Bicycle Exhibition‘. In February you can admire the bicycle at the VisitBrabantstand at the bicycle and walking fair in Essen (Germany). And we continue to develop the ‘Route van Gogh‘ bicycle classic. A tour through the special Van Gogh locations in Brabant, Belgium and France.
Looking back on all these beautiful moments, I thought it would be fun to bring an ode to my parents through a video. They where the source of my inspiration. And of course an ode to Vincent Van Gogh. With his enormous passion, passion and creativity, he created so much special work that millions of people were intrigued and inspired by it decades later.
I would like to express a special thanks to everyone who has contributed in any way to the realization of the Vincent van Gogh Bicycle.
